Physical fitness is one of the most important keys to a healthy body. It provides the students optimum physical health, general well being and mental stability. Sports are an important aspect of a student’s life and therefore play a huge role in their health and fitness. Playing sports teaches life lessons like discipline, responsibility, self-confidence, accountability, and teamwork.  Sports primarily accentuate physical health by accentuating stamina, muscular strength & endurance, flexibility which contribute towards keeping them fit and healthy.

The school provides several sports opportunities for students to develop an all-round personality.
