Pre-Primary Nursery to UKG
- Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution.
- Continuous and comprehensive assessment of the progress and development of the child is conducted throughout the year by means of classroom observation, interaction and practice sheets.
- The assessment is done on the basis of emotional, social and cognitive development.
- The child’s gross motor, fine muscle co-ordination and language development is gauged in all its parameters.
- The assessment would comprise of worksheets, assignments, recitation, dictation etc.
- The parent should sign each remark or grade given by the teacher.
- Term I & Term II evaluation reflect the continuous progress of the child throughout the year.
- Promotion to the next class is based upon child’s work and participation in curricular and co-curricular performance throughout the year.
- The academic year is divided in to two terms and each term has two assessment reports. There shall be no formal test or examination.

Primary School Class I to V
- The academic session is divided into Two Terms.
- Term-1 (April to September) :20 marks Periodic Assessment + 80 marks for Half Yearly Exam
- Term-2 (October to March): 20 marks Periodic Assessment + 80 marks for Annual Exam
- School will assess a child based on Scholastic and Co-Scholastic areas.
- Scholastic will include Periodic/Internal Assessment (20 Marks) and Half Yearly & Annual Examination (80 Marks).
- Periodic/Internal Assessment comprises of Periodic Test, Note Book Submission, Subject Enrichment Activity.
- There will be periodic test in first Term (April to September) and Second Term (October to February) along-with Half-Yearly Examination (in September) & Annual Examination in February / March.
- The syllabus for Periodic Test will include the chapters that are recently taught in the class one week before the test. Syllabus for Half Yearly will be approximately 50% of the Curriculum i.e., Term-I syllabus.
- The syllabus for Annual Examination in class I to V will be Entire syllabus of Term-II and few important topics of Term-I.
- In Co-Scholastic area, subjects like Computer Science, Physical Education (PT/Games & Sports), Visual & Performing arts (Drawing/Paining/Dance & Music) will also be graded at the end of each term on the basis of the overall performance of the child in these areas.
- Attendance is compulsory for all tests and examinations held during the year, failing which the student will be awarded zero. No consideration will be given to the absentees except on medical grounds, at the sole discretion of the Head of the school.
- No retest will be held for students remaining absent from any test/exam.
- Child securing minimum 33% for each subject as well as in aggregate will qualify for promotion to the next class.
