Wing Commander Dr Rahul Dayal has a B Tech, M Tech (IIT Delhi), MBA and PH. D to his credit. He has worked in the Indian Air Force for 27 years in the field of Radars, Missiles and Satellite/ Mobile communications. He had been HOD and Dean (Academics) at Krishna Engineering College and IMS Engineering College and has also worked as a professor in Galgotia, IEC and APJ Engineering College. He has been training students to join defense forces as well as imparting skill training to unemployed youth for setting up their businesses.

Mrs Elina Dayal is an educationist having more than 33 years of experience at running 11 schools all over India. She has been the founder Principal of two senior secondary schools in Noida. She was a member of the Governing Council of CBSE and has been instrumental in getting numerous schools affiliated with CBSE. A trained Psychologist, she conducts free sessions on “Parent-Child connect” as well as “career counseling” for teens and adults. A unique program called “Beyond Academic Skill Enhancement” (BASE) has been specially designed by her for all-around development of students right from kindergarten.

Mr Shobhit Jain is a Management professional with a MBA in International Business and Marketing. He also possesses professional certification from the prestigious IIM Ahmedabad. He is actively associated with many social and charitable causes and has successfully run many social campaigns in various fields all over the country. An avid reader and a writer himself, he truly understands the importance of knowledge sharing and skill development. His goal at Siddhantam Heritage School is to guide the future generations to enable them to realize their full potential and become good citizens and an asset to the Nation.

Mrs Anupama Grover is a well known name in the education domain for the last 25 years and has headed many schools in the NCR. She holds a degree in economics combined with a degree in education that makes her a teacher and an administrator par excellence. Her areas of expertise include designing and developing targeted curriculum and imparting training to teachers so that knowledge delivery to students is seamless. She believes that apart from academic knowledge, life skills also play a pivotal role in the holistic development of the child.

She is known in the educational fraternity as a forward thinking educator and a true human being having compassion for fellow beings.. She believes that a child is a God’s gift to man and needs to be nurtured in an atmosphere of discovery, enquiry, learning, expression and communication. Mrs. Anupama Grover is a well known name in the field of education. She is known as an inspiring team leader and a school administrator par excellence. She is a Post Graduate in Economics and having a a Degree in Education with a passion to teach. Her rich experience of more than two and a half decades includes teaching students in the age group spanning 3-18 years and heading a few schools.
She has steered many schools with her characteristic vigor and vision, inspiring her pupils to be keen learners, compassionate human beings and responsible citizens. She believes that the real purpose of education is not limited merely to acquiring knowledge but to prepare children to succeed in today’s world, make a meaningful contribution to the society and be the agents of change for a better tomorrow. With her emphasis on lifelong discipline and creativity, Siddhantam looks forward to momentum and exciting growth.
