Admission Procedure
- Parents / Guardians are invited to visit the school campus to understand the culture and ethos of the Institution.
- The parents are requested to visit the school Admission Office, collect the school prospectus and fill out the Admission Application Form.
- Submission of a complete Application Form is a request for admission and does not guarantee admission.
- Provisional admission will be processed and converted to confirmed admission only after submission and verification of required documents and deposit of applicable fee before the start of academic session.
- The admission application form may be filled by parent/single parent/the legal guardian having the sole custody of the child (should be supported by valid legal documents).
Age Criteria
- For admission to class Nursery, minimum age should be 3 years and above as on/before 1 April of the calendar year in which the admission is sought.
- For admission to LKG, minimum age should be 4 years and above as on/before 1 April of the calendar year in which the admission is sought.
- For admission to UKG, minimum age should be 5 years and above as on/before 1 April of the calendar year in which the admission is sought.
- And so on for the rest of the classes.
Classes Nursery to UKG
- A brief interaction of the child with the grade teachers, followed by an interaction of the parents with the Principal.
- Date & time for Interaction will be given after submitting the Admission Application Form. .
- Communication of the result to the parents, if the selection is approved.
- Admission formalities to be fulfilled in the event of selection.
Classes I onwards
- An entrance test will be conducted for class 1 onwards.
- Date & time for the entrance test and syllabus will be given after submitting the Admission Application Form.
- Interaction of the parents and the child with the Principal, in case the student qualifies in the written exam.
- If the selection is approved, parents will be communicated of the result.
- Submission of admission form, important documents and fees will complete the admission process.
Documents required
- Self attested copy of the Birth Certificate of the ward issued by Municipal Corporation.
- Certified copy of the previous Report Card (for classes I and above).
- Original Transfer Certificate of last school attended of child for classes II onwards.
- SC/ST/OBC/Minority Community Certificate (if applicable).
- Self attested copy of Adhaar Card of the child and parents.
- Two passport size photographs of the child and parents.
- A copy of the immunization Card of the child (Till Grade 1) and Medical Fitness Certificate of the child issued by authorized medical practitioner.
- Highest educational qualification certificates of both the parents.
- Proof of Residence of both permanent and current addresses (Ration Card/ Voter ID- Card/ Utility Bill/ Rent Agreement /License).
- Self attested copy of Parents photo ID Proof (PAN Card/Voter-ID/Adhaar card/Passport)
- Two Passport size latest photographs of the guardian (if applicable).
- Affidavit of Guardianship if the child lives with a local guardian.
- Attested copies of legal document if the child is being brought up by a single parent.
- In case of adopted child: adoption deed.
- In case of EWS, Income Certificate from court.
Note: The school shall have the sole discretion to seek any further document if needed.
Kindly follow the given instruction carefully before submitting your form:
- The Admission Application Form should be filled and submitted to the school Office within the stipulated time. An incomplete or illegible application form will not be accepted.
- The parent needs to fill up the admission form and ensure all documents are in order.
- The Name and Date of Birth of your ward should be according to the Birth Certificate / TC. Date of birth once recorded will not be changed later.
- Father’s name and Mother’s name should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates. No correction will be allowed later on.
- It is mandatory to fill all the details. In case anything is not applicable to you, please mention NA (Not Applicable)
- Registration of your ward does not mean the confirmation of admission in the school. It is subject to Interaction and on the availability of seats.
- Admission is strictly on the basis of merit.
- The Admission Form must be completed and duly signed by both the parents.
Admission Rules & Regulations
- Registration Fee and Admission fee is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- After the candidate has been shortlisted for granting admission, a provisional Admission offer is given to the parent with a time limit of 1 week to fulfill the admission formalities.
- In case the parent fails to complete the formalities within the given time period, the seat is offered to the next candidate from the waiting list.
